Saturday 18th April sees the start of fortnightly health walks. These are organised walks being led by a trained volunteer. If you fancy taking part meet at the carousel on the Promenade for 10.30am, the walk will last about 45minutes.
Walking is a great way to get yourself fit and active and by joining an organised walk it helps to motivate you, it is an opportunity to meet new people and take in beautiful surroundings
